Yurik: The Movie

"Yurik. The Road Without Touching the Ground" – a feature film about 11-year-old Yurik, who travels across the entire war-torn country to reach the border, where his relatives from Estonia are waiting to take the child to live with them.

After sharp criticism and pressure on social media, the creators decided to make adjustments to the film, in particular, to remove from it the mention of the city of Mariupol and the name of the evacuation mission, which did not correspond to reality. In addition, they emphasized that the film will be supplemented with documentary facts confirming that the real events were much harsher than their depiction in the fictional version.
